Privacy policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Cleo Tile (cleotile.com) is operated by Kimori Interactive ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You may play without an account.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, your email address, which we use to send sign-in codes and to identify your account. We do not use passwords.
- Game statistics. Your results on the daily puzzles, linked to your account if you are signed in. Results from players who are not signed in are counted only in anonymous totals.
- Usage and technical data. Page views, measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies or cross-site tracking, and the IP address your browser connects from, which our service providers keep briefly in their logs for security and operation.
Your display name and your settings are stored only in your browser, as is your progress if you are not signed in. We do not use cookies.
How we use it
To provide the game: to sign you in, keep your progress across devices, and show how many players have completed each puzzle. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it except as described below.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (accounts and game statistics, stored in the United States), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics) and Resend (sign-in emails). They process information only on our behalf, to provide those services.
Retention
We keep your account information and game statistics while your account exists, or until Cleo Tile is discontinued. Deleting your account deletes your game statistics. Anonymous totals are kept.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your information, or the deletion of your account, by writing to help@cleotile.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under applicable law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
An account may be created only by a person who has reached the minimum age required to consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction (13 in the United States; between 13 and 16 in the European Economic Area, depending on the member state), or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable law permits. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at help@cleotile.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed.
